- Advised the proposed listing of a group of companies principally involved in trading and manufacturing of pipes, valves and fittings products on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Advised TSA Group Berhad on its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Advised Infomina Berhad on its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Advised HPP Holdings Berhad on its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Advised Cabnet Holdings Berhad on its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
- Acted as Malaysian counsel to Gemilang International Limited for its initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Advised an equity crowdfunding (ECF) operator on its application to the Securities Commission Malaysia for registration as an ECF platform.
- Advised Pan Malaysia Holdings Berhad in relation to the unconditional mandatory takeover offer by Exsim Hospitality Holdings Sdn Bhd to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Pan Malaysia Holdings Berhad.
- Advised Hengan International Group Co. Ltd in respect of its acquisition of 50.4% stake in Wang-Zheng Berhad and its mandatory takeover offer.
- Advised the owner of a manufacturer of leather seat upholstery for automotive companies around the globe in respect of the divestment of its controlling stake in the company to a private equity fund.
- Advised the parent company of Tealive in respect of its divestment of 30% stake in the business to a private equity fund.
- Advised Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad in respect of its acquisition of the A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and its diversification of business to include food and beverage services.
- Advised the owners of Chempro Group, namely Chempro Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, Alpha Aim (M) Sdn Bhd and Protek Chemicals & Engineering (B) Sdn Bhd, in respect of their disposal of shares in Chempro Group to Hextar Global Berhad.
- Advised a private equity fund in relation to its investment in a Malaysian group of companies providing scaffolding supply and contracting services.
- Advised a private equity fund in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in a Malaysian group of companies in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Advised a venture capital firm wholly-owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad in the structuring of a business growth fund (Series B).
