Regional Competition Conference 2024: Navigating Competition and Trade Law in Southeast Asia: Insights and Strategies for 2024

On 26 September 2024, Rajah & Tann Asia (“RTA“) organised the Regional Competition Conference 2024, the 11th instalment of this premier event. The event brought together industry experts and practitioners from RTA member firms to discuss the latest trends and developments in competition and trade law across Southeast Asia.

This conference featured panel discussions on key topics including (i) cartel enforcement, antitrust investigations and dawn raids; (ii) evolving e-commerce regulations; (iii) abuse of dominance and vertical restraints; (iv) various merger control regimes across the region; and (v) trade regulations, opportunities and challenges in Southeast Asia.
