On 9-10 October 2024, our Partners from the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice were among the speakers at the Singapore Insolvency Conference 2024, which was organised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (“IPAS“).
Patrick Ang, Rajah & Tann Singapore Managing Partner and IPAS Director, joined an esteemed panel for a fireside chat, discussing the evolving Restructuring & Insolvency landscape in Singapore. Sim Kwan Kiat, Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice and IPAS Fellow, spoke in a plenary session exploring Singapore’s digital future, examining the future of digital money, regulatory developments in digital assets, and their impact on the restructuring and insolvency space. Sheila Ng, Deputy Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, IPAS Fellow and Co-Chair of the Singapore Insolvency Conference organising committee, delivered the closing remarks.
