Joint venture by Telekom Malaysia Berhad

Christopher & Lee Ong, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Telekom Malaysia Berhad, in relation to a joint venture between its subsidiary, TM DC Educity and Singtel Limited’s subsidiary, Nxera My Pte. Ltd, to develop a data centre campus in Johor, Malaysia. Both joint venture partners have agreed to invest up to RM 1.15 billion over the five-year deal. Partners Chor Jack and Justin Chua led the transaction.
