LearningBytes 2025: Navigating Global Family Offices

On 6 March 2025, Rajah & Tann held its LearningBytes seminar series for the month, titled “Navigating Global Family Offices and Trust Structures”.

Family office and trust structures are complex and could vary significantly across jurisdictions. Navigating these differences is necessary for families with a large global presence to be able to manage family offices and trusts.

The panel at the hybrid event, comprising Partners Vikna Rajah (Rajah & Tann Singapore), Logan Leung (Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers), Nazly Parlindungan Siregar and Kamal Fikri (Assegaf, Hamzah & Partners), Adrian Chee (Christopher & Lee Ong) and Foreign Counsel Alexandra Geiger (Rajah & Tann Singapore), provided an in-depth exploration of family offices and trust structures across various jurisdictions. The session also highlighted comparisons between civil law and common law across the different jurisdictions.
